Before anything is installed, a technician comes to your home and goes over the roof, the facade, your current heating system and the electrical panel. The visit usually takes a couple of hours. That's when we see how the solar panels fit on the roof, where the heat pump's outdoor unit and the battery should go, and whether anything in the house needs a different approach. Usually the visit confirms the proposal you already have. Sometimes something is adjusted, the number of solar panels for example. If anything bigger comes up, you get an updated proposal before anything is ordered. If it can't be installed, say there isn't enough space or the roof is too old, we don't install. The project stops there, and it costs you nothing.

Gotland is linked to the mainland by direct current, so the island cannot take full part in Svenska kraftnät's markets for ancillary services, and that is one of the revenues that make the subscription add up. Svenska kraftnät is planning new alternating current cables, running around 2030, and then Gotland becomes part of the Nordic power system. We plan to be live from day one.

For 15 years we're responsible for service and maintenance of everything we install: heat pump, solar panels, battery and control system. Repairs, spare parts, labour and replacements cost you nothing extra. If something breaks, you call us, and we send a technician and cover the cost. Faults that affect the heating get extra priority in winter. Service happens as often as the system needs it. What's not included is damage from, say, negligence or natural events. That goes through your home insurance.
