congratulations on the house. sorry about the new job as energy manager.
Elvy can take over the job. We install a heat pump, solar panels and a battery in your new house, or see if what the previous owner left can come along. We own it all and look after it for 15 years. Same price in January as in July, nothing up front. Asking is free and commits you to nothing.
spot prices. markups. a bill you'd need a degree to decode. and on top of that you're meant to keep an eye on the heat pump too? or it could just be simple.
Why Elvy

We provide the latest power and heating technology
Heat, hot water and electricity from your own house. We install the heat pump, solar panels and battery without you putting a krona down. The technology is advanced; your part is a signature.

One fixed monthly price for power and heat, for 15 years
The price covers everyday household electricity, hot water whenever you want to shower, and 22 degrees indoors all year round. The same amount in January as in July, with no drama at all.

You skip all the operation, service and ongoing optimisation
We handle everything. If something plays up we usually spot it and fix it before you've even noticed. The closest you get to maintenance is forgetting it exists.

Already have equipment?
Already got solar panels, a heat pump or a battery? Let us take a look at whether we can bring what you own into the subscription. Sometimes it fits as-is, sometimes something needs to be added.
What our 1000+ customers say

Our solution
the energy subscription
What is included in the subscription? New hardware with no upfront cost
- Heat pump
Heat and hot water all year round, for a fraction of what direct electric heating costs. It draws warmth from the air or the ground and carries it in, so you get more heat out than the power you put in. A warm house even at the coldest, without the bill climbing to match.
- Solar panels
The roof turns daylight into electricity you use right away. What you produce yourself, you don't buy, and it shows up most on the bill when it's light out. Anything left over we sell on, so a sunny day works for you even when you're at work.
- Battery
It stores electricity until you need it. When the sun gives more than you use, or when the price is low at night, the battery fills up. Then you use that power in the expensive evening hours, instead of buying when everyone else does.
- Installation
We take the whole installation, from design to commissioning and registration with the grid. You skip the quotes and the tradespeople who cancel the day before. We book it, do the job and hand over a system that's already approved and running. You don't lift a finger.
- Service
We look over and fine-tune the system at regular intervals, so it keeps performing. We catch wear and small deviations before they cost you anything. Most of the time you won't even notice we've been there.
- Operation & monitoring
We keep watch around the clock, all year. If something starts behaving oddly we usually spot it before you do, and fix it before it becomes a problem. Your energy should just be running, without you giving it a thought.
- Smart energy optimisation
The system makes the decisions you'd otherwise make yourself. It reads the electricity price and the weather and works out when your power does the most good, now or later. You get the most out of every kilowatt-hour, without sitting up watching the spot price at three in the morning.
How your price is set An energy analysis, not a price list
We don't set a list price, it would just be a guess. Instead our energy analysis builds a picture of your specific house and works out the system it needs. The price holds for 15 years and does not follow the spot price. Only the CPI moves it, once a year. You pay the grid fee to your grid operator as usual. Five things weigh heaviest, and a sixth can come into it.
- House size
The more space to heat, the bigger the system. Size decides which heat pump fits and how much solar and battery you need.
- House location
Climate and electricity prices vary depending on where in the country you live, which affects both the size of the system and what you save. A house in Norrland needs more heat than one in Skåne.
- Current heating
What you heat with today drives how much you can save. The step from direct electric heating is bigger than the step from a newer heat pump.
- Roof and sun
Your roof's size, pitch and orientation decide how much electricity it can produce. A clear south-facing roof does more than a shaded north-facing one.
- Your consumption
How much electricity you use, and when, sets the size of your household-electricity allowance. Your past usage is the starting point.
- If several of you are in the area
Only applies if there are several of you. When several houses in the same area are installed at once the work is coordinated, and that saving can go back into the price for all of you.
the more houses in the area, the better the price we can work out. worth mentioning to your neighbour.
The price is set individually; a general price list would just be a guess. Your monthly cost is based on our energy analysis of your specific house.
Because there is no list price. The price is set for your house, from its size, location, current heating, the roof and your consumption, and a figure in an ad would be wrong for most people. You see your figure in the proposal before you decide, and it costs nothing to get.
It can be. When several houses in the same area are installed at once we plan one job instead of many separate ones, and that saving can go back into the price. Every house still gets its own energy analysis and its own price, and there is no minimum number.
The biggest benefit is that you avoid a large, expensive investment. Putting together an energy package yourself is costly and messy, with quotes to compare from several suppliers. You also avoid swinging electricity bills, and we handle service and maintenance. You get a fixed, favourable monthly price, with fossil-free heat and your own solar power.
The products are financed through operational leasing. We pay the leasing cost, and it's included in your monthly price. You don't tie up capital or take out a loan.
No, you don't take out a loan, so there's no interest. We pay for the equipment, and that cost sits in your fixed monthly price. What you see in the proposal is the whole cost, with no lump sum waiting later.
No, your price doesn't rely on any state support. The green deduction (grönt avdrag) is for people who buy and own the equipment themselves, and in the subscription Elvy owns it. So the price in your proposal is the price, grants or no grants.
If the household-electricity allowance runs out, you pay cost price for whatever goes over. In other words, we pass the electricity on with no markup.
No. The grid fee isn't included, and you'll keep getting an invoice from your grid operator. The variable part drops considerably, though, since we install a heat pump, solar panels and a battery. We'd like to include the grid fee later on, but we have no date to promise.
Yes, once a year the monthly price is adjusted by the consumer price index (CPI). In between it stays put and does not follow the spot price or the weather. Only if the electricity price goes above a very high limit in the contract do we invoice the difference for the electricity we have to buy right then, with no fees. That limit has never had to be used.
There's a limit in the contract for exactly that, and it sits very high. If the spot price goes above it, we invoice the difference for the electricity we have to buy right then, at cost and with no fees. That limit has never had to be used. Otherwise your price does not follow the spot price. It's adjusted only by the CPI once a year, and all electricity for heating up to 22 degrees and all hot water is included.

Ground-source or air-to-water? How to choose
Ground-source runs stably at low cost. Air-to-water is cheaper but loses output in the cold. It depends on where you live and whether you have a borehole.

- About Elvy
What does Elvy cost per month? The house, not a price list
Elvy has no list price. Your monthly fee comes from an energy analysis of the house, is fixed for 15 years and moves only with CPI, not the spot price.
