The €500 million facility — roughly 5.5 billion SEK, arranged with Swedish financier Scayl and one of its banking partners — funds the rollout of Elvy's energy subscription across Sweden and a first step into eastern Europe. Elvy owns and runs the hardware — heat pump, solar and battery — so homeowners get it with no upfront cost.
