Right of Withdrawal
When you enter into an agreement with us at a distance, you have a right of withdrawal as a consumer under the law. This page explains how it works. Last updated: July 2026.
Your right
Right of withdrawal for distance contracts
As a consumer, under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59) you have the right to withdraw from an agreement entered into at a distance, for example online or by phone, within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal applies to you as a consumer. If you enter into an agreement as a business, what has been agreed separately applies instead.
The withdrawal period
When the period begins
The withdrawal period is 14 days and begins the day after the agreement was entered into. For the purchase of a good, the period instead runs from the day you received it.
We provide information about the right of withdrawal before you enter into the agreement. If you have not received the statutory information about the right of withdrawal, the period may be extended by law.
How to do it
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
If you want to withdraw, notify us within the withdrawal period by a clear statement, for example by email. You may use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard withdrawal form, but it is not required.
State your name, which agreement it concerns and that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can reach us using the details below.
Exceptions
When the right of withdrawal may be limited
Some agreements are not covered by the right of withdrawal, or the right lapses early. This applies, for example, to services that have been fully performed with your express consent, and to goods made or customised specifically for you.
If you expressly request that we begin a service during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, you may be liable to pay a proportionate amount for the work already carried out.
Refund
If you withdraw
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we refund what you have paid, with any deduction under the previous paragraph, without undue delay and no later than within 14 days of receiving your notice.
Please note
The terms of the agreement apply
The full terms of your subscription are set out in the agreement you sign. In the event of any discrepancy, the subscription agreement is what applies to your specific service.
