The energy analysis is completely free of charge and provides answers to:
‍1. What energy needs your house has and what combination of different hardware would provide the lowest monthly price for you.

2. What monthly price you can get, along with a detailed explanation of what is included and how your electricity bill is affected.

3. If your house is compatible with the service, or what needs to be addressed to become it, such as changing the roof or converting to waterborne heat distribution.

Once you have decided, contracts are signed with electronic signature, either by phone or computer, which all homeowners must sign. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Elvy runs the project from ax to loaf. It starts with a so-called design project where we carry out a survey with you so that we can then order all the parts needed for the installations.

You do not have to do much yourself, we may contact us to ask you to double-check some measure or other detail. Once it is time for installation, we will determine a schedule that suits you, since you need to let in installers and installers.

With your energy plan up and running, you move to a predictable and comfortable setup. Each month there will be an invoice for your agreed monthly price. Same price summer as winter. Each year, the price is adjusted up by the CPI (broad inflation index) or as a minimum of 2%, so that your monthly price remains as attractive in terms of the general price trend in society.
